They took their sons to a basketball game on Christmas day in New York City.



And one day later, Shakira and Gerard Pique were spotted heading to dinner at the Hunt & Fish Club in the Big Apple with their two children.



Her outing comes hours before she announced on her Instagram page that she is postponing her El Dorado World Tour until June 2018, due to a hemorrhage on her right vocal chord.



Shakira and Gerard are parents to sons Milan, four, and Sasha, two; the duo have been in a relationship since 2011.



The 40-year-old singer carried her youngest son Sasha in her arms while rocking skinny jeans and a heavy coat.





Shakira flashed a hint of her flat stomach while sporting her navy bottoms.



The Whenever, Wherever artist hit the pavement in sneakers with a black top with a matching coat and scarf.



The global superstar styled her long blonde tresses in curls loose around her.



Shakira opted to keep her makeup to a minimum, revealing her natural beauty.



Gerard, a professional soccer player, cut a low key figure in his charcoal cargo bottoms and a neutral top with a black jacket and boots.



Shakira's El Dorado World Tour is in support of her latest album, El Dorado, which she released this summer.



On Wednesday, the songstress announced she's postponing her tour until June 2018 so she can recover from a hemorrhage on her right vocal chord.





She sustained the injury in November while prepping for the European leg of her world tour.



Shakira ended up having to cancel all of her Europe dates so she could rest her vocal chords and recover. 



The Colombian-born artist was due to kick off her US portion of her tour in January but she revealed on Wednesday that her vocal chords need 'more time and care to heal.'



Shakira thanked her fans for their support and announced that she 'will be getting back on the road in June 2018 with my El Dorado World Tour in Europe, and the US, with Latin America dates to be announced soon.'





On Christmas, Shakira and Gerard enjoyed front row seats for the New York Knicks game in the city.



The lovebirds brought their sons to the Knicks' match against the Philadelphia 76ers.



Shakira cut a casual figure in a Mickey Mouse emblazoned top with leggings while Gerard wore a white T-shirt and jeans.



Milan and Sasha wore matching looks, with graphic tops paired with gray bottoms and sneakers.
