It comes as Greg, who also shares six-year-old Nelly with Billie, revealed to new! that lockdown has made him realise that he is not 'quite ready' to expand their brood.
Asked about the possibility of more children, he said: 'Well, you've asked me straight after lockdown.
'In lockdown, I was like, this is why we can't have anymore. We're not quite ready at the moment and we've got a house to sort and it's the wrong time but I'd never say never.'
Greg also revealed how he plans to renew his vows with Billie in a romantic getaway to the Maldives to celebrate their five-year anniversary after the couple tied the knot on the island of Kuramathi last March.
