The 29-year-old has lost more than two stone in weight thanks to a dramatic diet and lifestyle overhaul following her appearance on the ITV2 show in 2018.
And the reality star was sure to showcase the results of her incredible transformation on her Instagram Stories today.

Alexandra highlighted her toned abs in a yellow bandeau bikini, which she teamed with a pair of barely-there blue and yellow thong-style bottoms.
Posing for the mirror selfie, she worked her angles while her raven-locks fell down her shoulder in a sleek style.
Later in the day, she swapped her bandeau bikini top for a monochrome style as she stepped out in the White Isle and soaked up the sun.
Despite working hard to lose weight, the TV personality recently admitted she still isn't happy with her physical appearance.

Taking part in an Instagram Q&A, she said: 'I don't think anyone will ever be 100000% happy with their body... we all have insecurities!
'I'm just proud of the strength and knowledge I've acquired through this whole process.
'I'm in awe of what the body is capable of... how it functions... I'm in a much better place mentally and emotionally than I was so that comes before anything. Physique is a bonus.'
The TV personality also confessed the lack of physical connection with anyone while living alone during the COVID-19 lockdown has been difficult.
