The couple are currently enjoying a sun-drenched trip to Ibiza, but it appears they have been making too much of the soaring temperatures overseas.

Both Coleen and Wayne Rooney appeared to have been a little slack with their sun cream and have stepped out sporting painful looking sunburn across their bodies.

While Wayne, 31, found himself falling victim to unfortunate t-shirt marks after spending a day by the beach on the White Isle, his wife, also 31, showcased her reddened shoulders while partying at the Blue Marlin Beach Bar on Sunday.



Appearing to follow suit, Coleen's golden glow was left with a painful pink tint across her shoulders, making her tan lines even more prominent in her busty swimwear.

Despite her bronzing mishap, the WAG looked sensational as she enjoyed a few drinks by the sea with a bevy of friends.

She flaunted her incredible frame in a low-cut halter-neck swimsuit that stole a look at her cleavage, along with plenty of side-boob.

Coleen teamed her slinky swimwear with a pair of thigh-grazing denim shorts that were held up with a Gucci designer belt and protected her eyes from the beaming rays in a pair of rose-gold mirrored aviator shades.

The brunette beauty swept her tresses up into a tousled bun and appeared to cut a relaxed figure as she caught up with friends in the sunshine.



While she looked just incredible in her form-fitting swimwear, Coleen has previously admitted that worry about her figure or exercising has taken a back-burner in her life.

She explained to Now magazine that she is in 'less of a rush' to get herself back into shape, having become a mother to three boys.  

Coleen said: 'The more children I've had, I've been in less of a rush to get back in shape because after three births, your body is going to change.

'I think once you've had kids, they're more important than how you look. It’s not the end of the world – you just have to be confident.'

She went on to urge women to embrace their bodies for what they are and not focus on the insecurities, adding: 'After having kids, if you’ve got a bit of a wobbly belly that’s just part and parcel of who you are.



Looking perfectly at ease with herself, Coleen was seen quenching her thirst on a cool beverage - no doubt to keep herself hydrated in the Ibiza sun.

She was joined by Wayne who made sure to keep himself covered up for their latest outing overseas.

The Manchester United midfielder had previously showcased his sore looking sunburn as he was pictured frolicking in the sea with his wife, while putting his unfortunate t-shirt marks on display.

Choosing to conceal his white bits from view this time round, Wayne was seen sporting a black t-shirt and burgundy swimsuits as he relaxed with his pals.



Sporting blue tinted shades, the sports star appeared to let his hair down as he clutched onto a glass of red wine while mingling with Wes Brown, Phil Bardsley and his wife, Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley.

Tanya cut a glamorous figure as she spoke with Coleen while sporting a patterned swimsuit that boasted a perilously low-cut neckline and appeared to be completely backless.

She too donned a pair of frayed denim shorts over her beach wear and wearing her lightened locks into a loose low ponytail, Tanya accessorised with a straw hat on her head.

The group also found themselves rubbing shoulders with former Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick.

He appeared thrilled to be in the company of Wayne and was seen grinning from ear-to-ear as he placed his arm around the athlete.

Ed was clad in a tropical print shirt that he left unbuttoned, flashing a hint of the tattoo he has etched onto his chest.



Wayne is currently holidaying with wife Coleen on what is her fifth holiday of the year.

While it's a rare holiday for Manchester United player Wayne, Coleen is regularly seen taking their three sons abroad.

Childhood sweethearts Wayne and Coleen share Kai, seven, Klay, four, and their newest addition Kit, one.

Leaving their children at home, the happy couple have island hopped from Mykonos, Greece to Italy and now to Ibiza, Spain.

They were just some of the high profile guests attending the wedding of his teammate Chris Smalling at the weekend in Lake Como.

Smalling married model Sam Cooke in a lavish ceremony at Villa Balbianello.
