Selena Gomez passionately kissed her co-star Timothée Chalamet on the Manhattan set of Woody Allen's untitled drama on Thursday.

Cameras rolled as the 25-year-old pop starlet filmed her love scene with the 21-year-old native New Yorker from inside a silver BMW convertible.

The Call Me by Your Name actor tenderly touched Selena's neck during their onscreen liplock.



Chalamet is a student at NYU, and his uncle Rodman Flender (Play Nice) is a director and grandfather Harold Flender (Movin' On) was a screenwriter.

The 'Texican' beauty wrapped up in a classic trench coat and $218 Mother Denim skinny blue jeans, while the 5ft11in Prodigal Son thespian layered up in a woolen blazer and green corduroys.

Timothée - who's fluent in French - might be best known as the ex-boyfriend of Madonna's eldest child, Lourdes 'Lola' Leon, whom he dated 2013-2014 after meeting at LaGuardia High School.

Meanwhile, Gomez and her Grammy-winning boyfriend The Weeknd will celebrate their first anniversary in December. 



The 27-year-old Canadian crooner will next take his 95-date Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour to Minnesota's XCEL Energy Center in St. Paul this Sunday night.

Selena's sighting came six days after she revealed on Instagram that she underwent a kidney transplant, thanks to friend and donor Francia Raisa, as a result of Lupus.

The Puma spokesmodel was clearly feeling well enough to work with the demanding, 81-year-old filmmaker, whose Amazon series Crisis in Six Scenes starring Miley Cyrus bombed.



Principal photography began September 11 on what will mark the four-time Oscar winner's 50th feature film.

She wrote: 'As a mother I was helpless, scared and all I could do was pray for both of them, Francia's beautiful family.

'Selena gained a kidney, I was able to keep my little girl, but I also gained another daughter....thank you to everyone who was there for Sel, Francia and our families.'
