Dominique Huett sues The Weinstein Company for neglect

Another actress has come forward with accusations that Harvey Weinstein lured her into a hotel room and raped her.

Dominique Huett has sued The Weinstein Company, claiming that the disgraced Hollywood mogul brought her to the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, demanded a massage and then performed oral sex on her, according to TMZ.

The suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that The Weinstein Company was negligent in ignoring the producer's actions.

Huett, whose only known acting gig was as a 'sexy plumber' in an episode of Blue Bloods, is asking for damages of up to $5million.

Huett said she met Weinstein November 2010 at the Peninsula's hotel bar, where he told her he could help launch her career as an actress.

The 35-year-old said that during the meeting he stared at her chest, asked if she'd ever had a boob job, and then asked to see her breasts.

Huett also said Weinstein told her that it would be beneficial for her career if she had natural breasts.

She claims in the lawsuit that he invited her to his room for a business meeting, and almost immediately retreated in to the bathroom, later emerging in just a robe.

Huett, like many of Weinstein's other accusers, said the 65-year-old asked for a massage, and that when she refused, he laid down on the bed and demanded one.

Eventually she complied, she says in the lawsuit, and then after some time he asked if he could perform oral sex on her.

She said he wouldn't take no for an answer, and that he performed oral sex on her for several minutes before masturbating until he had an orgasm.

Once the whole ordeal was over, she says he told her he would get her a job on Project Runway.

Huett's lawyer - Jeff Herman - says that she is suing The Weinstein Company because the board was aware of the producer's power to force young actresses to engage in sexual acts with him, and still did nothing.

In the lawsuit she also blames 'honeypots' at the company - who she says are female employees who are used to give victims false senses of security. These 'honeypots' were present at the beginning of the meeting but were later dismissed when Weinstein went in to make his move, she claims.

Herman told TMZ that there shouldn't be any problems with the statute of limitations because she is suing the company instead of the producer himself.

He said the clock on the statute of limitations doesn't start running out in this kind of lawsuit until it is obvious that the company retained a bad employee- which he says didn't happen until women started coming out against Weinstein a few weeks ago.

Huett is the latest in a string of dozens of women who have accused Weinstein of sexual assault and harassment - including Angelina Jolie, Rose McGowan, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwenyth Paltrow.

And now the NYPD, LAPD and Scotland Yard have all opened investigations into his alleged sexual assaults.

Weinstein denied allegations of non-consensual sex in a blanket statement after the first accusers came forward, and the Weinstein Company denied any knowledge of his actions.

'It is essential to our company's culture that all women who work for it or have any dealings with it or any of our executives are treated with respect and have no experience of harassment or discrimination,' the board said in a statement.
