She was seen doting over an adorable baby over the weekend, as she visited an award-winning village in Spain. 
But it was back to business for Queen Letizia as she paid a visit to the World Heath Organization headquarters in Geneva on Tuesday.
The Spanish royal, 45, was impeccably dressed in a chic cream coat and burgundy heels as she arrived at a meeting with WHO director general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
She later took off the coat to reveal an elegant red dress underneath, which she co-ordinated with a matching clutch bag.

Letizia has visited the WHO headquarters in Geneva on several occasions in the past, attending a Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative last year. 
The mother-of-two has had a busy schedule over the past week, visiting Porenu village in Villaviciosa, Spain, on Saturday.

The royal appeared to enjoy meeting a little baby during the visit with husband King Felipe, leading to suggestions the couple may be considering having another child.
The couple already proud parents to daughters Leonor, 11, and Sofia, 10.

On Friday, Letizia and Felipe attended the Princesa De Asturias Awards in Oviedo, which recognises the achievements of individuals or organisations in the sciences, arts, literature, humanities and sports. 
Letizia wowed in a dramatic white and black gown, which featured an Oriental-inspired leaf print.
Earlier in the day, the royal had enjoyed meeting a canine rescue unit in Oviedo.
