The 37-year-old reality television star received heavy backlash online after posting images of her costume as the black recording artist who died in a plane crash when she was only 22 years old.
Wearing a tiny glittering bra top over her ample assets, Kim walked to her car in a suburban area of Los Angeles.
The Armenian beauty donned a pair of tight black leather pants over her bountiful backside.
She wrapped a glitter belt with silver chains to her slender waistline and sported a large rhinestoned choker around her neck.
She added a pair of towering black boots and sparkling diamond bracelets to her unique look.
She gave her 104million followers an up close and personal tour of her curves in a short video, coming dangerously close to a nip slip in the tiny bejeweled swimsuit.
Fans took to Twitter minutes after Kim shared a sneak peek of her problematic costume on Instagram.
As she stood in front of a bright light, the mother-of-two flaunted her look to fans who questioned why Kardashian needed to dress up as a black woman.
Fans were in an uproar over the costume, and deemed her look inappropriate and offensive.
One user wrote, 'Legend or not Aaliyah is a black woman and you're not. It's offensive and you shouldn't push the limit, but ok...'
Another user joked, 'I need @KimKardashian to name 5 Aailyah songs off the top of her head. Right now.'

Aaliyah was just 22 when she and eight others were killed in a plane crash in the Bahamas after filming the music video for the single Rock the Boat in 2001.
