Dressed in a black and white sports bra, the 48-year-old mother-of-two flashed her cleavage as she posed in a bathroom, adding '#humpday' on the side of the image

The Selena star posed in a mirror while snapping a pic of herself either before or after a workout.

Lopez's tight torso was also on display, as the only other visible piece of clothing she wore were black leggings.

She accessorized with a pair of stud earrings, and pulled her caramel hair back into a bun.

The singer was spotted in Miami, Florida last week with beau Alex Rodriguez after she cancelled a show in Las Vegas, rescheduling it for September.

Lopez's All I Have residency, which take place at Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, is one of many projects currently on the singers plate.

But her packed schedule is clearing up a little as news broke earlier this month that her NBC crooked cop drama Shades Of Blue, co-starring Ray Liotta, has been canceled.

Its third season will still air beginning in June, but the show will not continue after the season three finale, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Lopez has been dating former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez for over a year, and the two have been seemingly inseparable.

They have been enjoying a blended family with their children from their previous marriages.
