Khloe Kardashian welcomes daughter Inside the Cleveland Clinic

Khloe Kardashian became a mother for the first time on Thursday welcoming a baby girl with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

It's been revealed that the The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who has been living with the Cleveland Cavaliers player in Ohio in recent months, chose to give birth at Cleveland Clinic, one of the top ranked medical centers in the world.

As pictures emerged on Thursday of the hospital where Khloe reportedly welcomed her daughter, Dailymail.com provides a glimpse at the amenities that the maternity center has to offer new moms

Khloe opted for the Hillcrest Family Maternity Center, one of three birthing locations within the Cleveland Clinic which boasts of state-of-the-art technology. 

It's no surprise Khloe chose the Cleveland Clinic which is nationally recognized as one of the top medical centers in the US and the world, particularly in technological and management systems and in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

But the medical center, at least aesthetically, is in stark contrast to the VIP facilities enjoyed by sisters Kim, Kourtney and Kylie at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, which caters to some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.

According to the website, the Hillcrest center provides the 'highest level of birthing care' and 'a comfortable environment that features private rooms, low lighting, lounge chairs, birthing bal*s, infant warmers, television and all of the necessary monitoring equipment.'

The center comes staffed with highly skilled nursing professionals and lactation consultants. 

Additionally they offer specially equipped operating rooms for Caesarean births.

The 58,300 square-foot unit was renovated in 2014, undergoing $163 million of updates over several years.

New amenities include a labor tub; private high-risk suites; postpartum rooms and modern decor, according to Cleveland.com.

The facility also offers hypnobirthing which teaches women to 'work with their birthing bodies in the absence of fear and tension'. 

it includes hypnosis, imagery and relaxation, stress management techniques to help release the fear and tension which accompany pain. 

The baby's arrival comes less than 48 hours after DailyMail.com broke the news that Thompson was cheating after obtaining a video that showed the NBA star kissing str*p club worker Lani Blair. 

Khloe welcomed her first child at 4am EDT on Thursday morning with mom Kris and sisters Kim and Kourtney by her side.

Tristan was also reportedly there for the birth
