Tristan Thompson leaves 12 hours after Khloe Kardashian gives birth

Cheating baby daddy Tristan Thompson returned to the Cleveland home he shares with girlfriend Khloe Kardashian 12 hours after she gave birth to a daughter with him by her side.

The 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player drove from Cleveland Clinic in his black Rolls-Royce to his lakefront home near downtown Cleveland shortly before 4pm. 

Thompson had been on court for the Cavs against the New York Knicks hours before the reality star gave birth, where he was loudly booed.

Kardashian, 33, is believed to have welcomed her first child at around 4am on Thursday with her mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kim and Kourtney at the hospital

It is Thompson’s second child after his ex, Jordan Craig, gave birth to a son Prince. He left a heavily pregnant Craig to be with Khloe.

It was unclear whether Thompson would be allowed into the delivery room by the Kardashians after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed a video of him kissing a str*p club worker, Lani Blair, in a New York club just 48 hours earlier.

A slew of cheating allegations then emerged with another woman, named Miss Stephaniee, claiming she had also slept with the NBA star and was pregnant. 

TMZ also released a video from October, when Khloe was three months pregnant, showing Thompson getting intimate with three women in a DC ho*kah bar.

Security was on high-alert at the Cleveland Clinic with Thompson parking his Rolls-Royce in a specially secluded area cordoned by yellow tape. 

One police car with at least one officer present kept watch near his car which was accompanied by a tinted black SUV.

Separately, another police patrol car was waiting to es*ort Thompson into his gated home today. 

DailyMail.com has reached out to Cleveland Police Department to determine whether these officers were being paid by the Kardashian and Thompson families or by taxpayer dollars.

Khloe will likely remain in Ohio for the next few weeks, with doctors recommending that pregnant women and their newborns not travel for at least a month.

That recommendation generally applies to travelling on public flights however, something that Khloe has not done much of in the past decade. 

This is the second child for Thompson, who has a son Prince with his ex Jordan Craig. He left a very pregnant Craig to be with Khloe. 

This all comes after Thompson spent the weekend hitting up a pair of New York City hotspots and holing up in his hotel room with Blair.

Thompson was seen coming and going from his swanky residence for the weekend at the Four Seasons in Manhattan's Financial District with Blair.

They were first spotted by DailyMail.com kissing at the Penthouse at Dream Downtown on Saturday night, and video then shows the pair returning to the Four Seasons in the early morning hours of Sunday

Blair, 28, can be seen in a black jumpsuit while Thompson, 27, wears the camouflage track pants, Supreme jacket and white hoodie he was wearing at the club.

The pair then emerged from the hotel late Sunday night, and headed off to the Soho House, a private members only club in the city. 

Thompson was dressed down for the occasion in a pair of black sweats, a black tee and jean jacket while Blair wore the same outfit she was wearing on Saturday night.

In addition to her spandex jumpsuit she was also wearing a pair of Givenchy high tops, which retails for $495.

Video shows the pair arriving at Soho House and then later returning to the hotel at 5am on Monday morning.

Thompson can be seen talking on what appears to be Blair's phone and furtively looking around before walking into the hotel, while also carrying a bottle of water and his own phone in his hands.

The two then spent some time hanging out in the lobby while Thompson continued to speak on the phone

Later that night, Thompson headed off to work as the Cleveland Cavaliers took on the New York Knicks on Monday.

At around 8pm that night, almost 48 hours after the two were first seen kissing at a club downtown, Blair was seen leaving the hotel in the same outfit but also carrying a Louis Vuitton bag. 

It is unclear if someone brought her that bag over the course of the weekend or she had brought it to Thompson's room prior to their first outing on Saturday. 

Thompson returned to Cleveland on Tuesday, and on Wednesday night was greeted with boos when he took the court as the Cavaliers played the Knicks.

He then hightailed it out of the locker room when camera crews arrived to interview the players after the game.

The Cavaliers announced on Thursday that Thompson was excused from Thursday's game against the Pelicans after news of Khloe's birth.

The NBA team's announcement came before any of the Kardashians announced the news that Khloe's baby had arrived.
