Logic splashes $3 57million on sprawling bachelor pad in LA

Logic filed for divorce a week-and-a-half ago and has seemingly celebrated his newly-found bachelorhood by splashing the cash on a multi-million dollar home.

Who can relate?

The 28-year-old rapper - real name Sir Robert Bryson Hall II - dropped $3.57million on a six bedroom, six bathroom home in celeb favorite Hidden Hills, California according to a Monday report from TMZ.

The news comes at an interesting time as he filed the divorce papers from wife of two years Jessica Andrea just over a week ago.

According to TMZ, the home had originally been listed for $3.778million but the 1-800-273-8255 negotiated the price down to $3.57million which is a rarity in LA.

Logic is definitely moving on in more ways than one as his new estate is 7,075-square-feet and is situated right by Calabasas in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. 

The neighborhood is a hub for celebrities as he will be living in the same area as the Kardashian-Wests, Jenners, Drake, The Weeknd, Miley Cyrus, and Jamie Foxx.

No doubt his new property is perfect for a celebrity as the estate is located in a gated, exclusive community.

It features a mostly one story main house and a separate guest suite with newly renovated living spaces.

The property also includes a beautiful backyard complete with a hot tub, salt-water pool with waterfalls, patio, and gorgeous views of the mountains.

It also includes an outdoor dual barbecue, pizza oven, a lush green garden, and a side yard.

No doubt Logic will be enjoying the comforts of home as there is a private master suite which includes a fireplace, sitting area, and despite his recent split; a large his/hers closet.

There is also a newly-renovated gourmet kitchen and massive wine cellar as well as large family room, formal living, and dining rooms.

No doubt its the perfect place for both business and playtime as there are two offices and a large playroom. 

On April 19, Logic filed the divorce papers from his wife Jessica Andrea after two years of marriage according to TMZ. 

He cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as February 3, 2018 which was just six days after they appeared at the Grammy Awards in New York together.

The previous month it was reported that the two had split put their marital home in Tarzana, California on the market. 

Logic and the 25-year-old stunner do not have any children together as they tied the knot October 22, 2015.
