Barron plays peekaboo with Ivanka’s baby at Capitol



Barron Trump seemed to enjoy the inaugural parade next to his parents after having an adorable moment with his nephew, when the two played a cute game of peekaboo as Donald Trump signed his first executive orders.

President Donald Trump's mini-me smiled and waved to the crowd as he walked through Washington, DC next to Donald and Melania. He then sat down next to his parents to watch the parade and kept smiling and cheering.

The 10-year-old also showed off his uncle skills while playing with Ivanka's son, Theodore Kushner, earlier in the day.





The cute moment was a change from earlier during the inauguration when the 10-year-old kept his eyes fixated on the ground as his siblings stood next to him smiling.



Barron seemed to get more at ease as the day went on, and was seen waving to the crowd and smiling. Later on, he sipped on a hot beverage from the viewing stand and pointed to an element of the parade, which Melania apparently tried to spot as well.

The 10-year-old also leaned in towards his father as if to tell him something. Trump and his youngest son both seemed in high spirits as they enjoyed the celebration together.

After the inauguration, Trump signed his first executive orders as the 45th President of the United States, as he was surrounded by his family, including son Barron, and his grandchildren.

And while doing so, Barron, who seemed unimpressed earlier during the inauguration ceremony, was seen playing peekaboo with Theodore.

For several minutes, Barron made his nephew laugh by making cute faces behind Ivanka, as an adorable Theodore peeked over her shoulder.



Barron arrived at the US Capitol early Friday morning with his family as they prepared for his father's inauguration, just a day after he missed out on pre-inauguration festivities.

After the Trump family's luncheon at the Capitol with former vice president Biden with Congressional leaders and members of Congress, the new first family attended the inaugural parade.

He then rode in the Beast with his parents, while his elder siblings were in cars with their own families.

Barron was the first of the Trump children to disembark from a military jet as the Trump family landed in Washington, DC, Thursday afternoon at Andrews Air Force Base.

But the 10-year-old was a no-show at a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday and a church service ahead of the inauguration on Friday.

However, Trump's adult children Donald Jr, Eric, Ivanka and Tiffany were present at all of the events.

The Trump family also attended the Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration concert at the Lincoln Memorial Thursday night.

But again, the youngest of Trump's children was no where to be seen.

Former president Obama and President Trump spent the morning having tea at the White House as VIPs filled into the stands outside the Capitol Building.



The Obamas warmly greeted the Trumps on the steps of the White House, and Melania was seen gifting the couple a large box from Tiffany's.

Trump capped off a three-day parade of dinners, speeches, prayers and a concert with pomp and circumstance in front of the US Capitol as hundreds of thousands of Americans who he has said were 'forgotten' during the Obama years cheered him on.

'I will fight for you with every breath in my body,' he pledged. 'And I will never, ever let you down.'



Trump hinted at an economic decline in America's rust belt and breadbasket during his predecessor's eight years in office.

'The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and redistributed all over the world,' he claimed. 'But that is the past. We are looking only to the future.'

After Trump's inauguration, Barron and Melania are planning to stay in New York until he finishes the school year in Manhattan. The mother and son duo will however remain in Washington, DC for the weekend.
