And Lisa Appleton ensured her figure would be on full display as she slipped into a tiny yellow bikini on holiday in Spain.

With her ample bust barely contained, the 48-year-old reality star also seemed to have trouble keeping her pants on as she shimmed out of the small briefs.



With her preening and parading proving to be thirsty work, Lisa ensured she kept herself refreshed.



Swigging from a bottle of white wine, the former Big Brother contestant looked in good spirits as she snapped selfies whilst stretched out on the sand.

Keeping up with her typical glamorous standards, Lisa donned a full face of make-up for the beach, framing her eyes with a sweep of kohl and lining her plump pout with nude gloss.



The former bodybuilder also ensured her hair was perfectly coiffed for the outing, styling her glossy locks in loose waves.

Beaming broadly, Lisa seemed in great spirits as she soaked up the Spanish sunshine and paddled in the sea.

It all became a bit too much for her, however, as she stopped to recline on the sandy shores as the waves caressed her skin.



Lisa shot to fame on the 2008 series of Big Brother, when she entered the infamous house with boyfriend Mario Marconi.

The couple went on to make history as the first couple to get engaged on the show, before tying the knot on Channel 4 series The Wedding House.

But in 2013 they called time on their eight-and-a-half year romance, with Lisa claiming that whilst they had been 'unhappy for a while'.
