Kim Kardashian shares Chicago West’s birth certificate

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate gave birth to their third child, a daughter they named Chicago, on January 15.

And over a week later, their newborn's birth certificate has been revealed.

Kim is a 'very hands-on mom' with baby Chi, according to US Weekly.

The birth certificate, issued by the County OF Los Angeles Department Of Public Health, lists the Kardashian's favorite Dr. Paul Crane, as the doctor who delivered Chicago.

She weighed seven pounds, six ounces at birth, which happened at 12:47 am on January 15.

The document comes after US Weekly's source reports that Kim gets up 'for everything, in the middle of the night, especially in the first week.'

The insider added that the KKW Fragrance founder, 37, is a 'very hands-on mom,' adding that 'it's really important they bond with the baby.' 

Kim and Kanye, 40, are also parents to four-year-old daughter North and two-year-old son Saint West.

US Weekly's insider noted that baby Chicago 'is settling in beautifully' and 'sleeping a ton for now.'

The baby was named after the city Kanye grew up in.

She revealed Chicago's arrival on her website, where she wrote: 'Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl.' 

Adding: 'We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurse for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.'

Days later she released the name of arrival - Chicago West, with the nickname Chi (pronounced Shy).

Her younger sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kylie are also both expecting.

Khloe, 33, is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson; she is due in March, reportedly with a boy.

Kylie, 20 is expecting a baby girl in February with her boyfriend rapper Travis Scott.

Kyile and Travis started dating in April 2017 and news of her pregnancy was revealed in the fall. although she hasn't been seen since September.
