They're a much more publicly tactile couple than Kate and William, but on their visit to Birmingham today Harry and Meghan took their PDAs to a new level. 

While they've previously been seen holding hands and grasping arms, today they displayed more intimate gestures with playful pats and hands on the smalls of each other's backs. 

According to body language expert and communication coach Robin Kermode, Harry and Meghan are so in sync they are almost oblivious to the crowds around them. 

And their increased level of affection on royal engagements shows that the pair are feeling ever more comfortable with showing their true feelings, as well as their new working role together. 

OBLIVIOUS TO THE CROWDS 

Harry's playful hand on Meghan's arm together with perfectly reciprocated eye contact is lovely to see. 

It's hard to be this relaxed in front of the press - they seem almost oblivious - which of course they aren't, but they seem genuinely happy. 

PLAYFUL TOUCHES 

This time it's Meghan's turn to playfully touch Harry's back, which is a gentle and genuine gesture. 


PERFECT PICTURE OF A COUPLE IN LOVE 

Harry is slightly protective here walking slightly ahead of Meghan. 

His left hand is offering his bride-to-be gentle support.


NEVER A DULL MOMENT 

They just look like they're having fun all the time! 

Holding hands behind Harry's back is an intimate and playful gesture in public. 

MIRRORING GESTURES

Both are mirroring the other's loving gesture with hands in the small of the back. 

Neither is controlling, as sometimes happens with this gesture. 

They are clearly in sync and happy to share that with the crowd, showing that life is good.
