Twitter asks why Stormy Daniels' pupils were so dilated in interview

Stormy Daniels much-anticipated interview has sparked a flurry of accusations that she may be on drugs after viewers pointed out her dilated pupils.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was on CBS's 60 Minutes' to discuss her alleged affair with President Donald Trump on Sunday night.

In it, she discussed claims she spanked Trump with a magazine and talked about the first time they'd allegedly had sex.

But many viewers were distracted from the shocking interview by Daniels' appearance.

Many pointed out that the po*n star's pupils appeared to be very dilated.

'Why is Stormy Daniels eyes dilated? Is she on drugs or something?#StormyDanielsDay,' Twitter user Dakota Flynn demanded to know.

What’s going on with these dilated pupils, is Stormy Daniels tripping balls ??!!' another Twitter user added.

Blythe Bernhard wrote: 'Health reporter tweet here. Why are Stormy Daniels' pupils so dilated in that bright room? AC's aren't. Ok carry on. #60minutes.'

Others highlighted the fact that interviewer Anderson Cooper's eyes appeared normal under the bright, TV studio lights, compared to Daniels' dilated eyes.

'What drug is Stormy Daniels on? In a well lit interview her pupils are dilated AF! Anderson Coopers are normal. You know they have lights on them �� #StormyDaniels #60Minutes,' one person wrote.

Certain class A drugs, such as cocaine and ecstasy can cause a user's pupils to dilate. Pupils can also dilate when someone is attracted to another person, or when someone experiences pleasure.

Daniels has not discussed the drugs rumors.

Trump tiptoed closer to a response to the Stormy Daniels story by sending out a tweet Monday morning after the po*n star's attorney did the morning show rounds. 

'So much Fake News. Never been more voluminous or more inaccurate,' the president huffed. 'But through it all, our country is doing great!' 

CNN characterized the president as being 'irked' at what he perceives to be wall-to-wall coverage of Daniels, complaining about it to those around him, a source said.

During her interview, Anderson Cooper discussed how Daniels's non-disclosure agreement demanded that she turn over all 'video images, still images, email messages, and text messages' she had regarding Trump. 

Daniels's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, had previously teased the interview, posting a picture on Twitter of a DVD on Thursday along with the caption: 'If 'a picture is worth a thousand words,' how many words is this worth????? #60minutes #pleasedenyit.'

That DVD contains evidence substantiating the relationship. And the tweet is a warning shot,' Avenatti told CNN on Friday.

'I want to be really clear about this. It is a warning shot. And it's a warning shot to Michael Cohen and anyone else associated with President Trump that they'd better be very, very careful after Sunday night relating to what they say about my client and what spin or lies they attempt to tell the American people.'

Daniels has alleged in a lawsuit that she was paid $130,000 from Cohen, Trump's longtime attorney, in hush money to keep quiet about an affair she claims she had with Trump in 2006.

She has offered to return the money in exchange for a nullification of the nondisclosure agreement and the freedom to speak about the alleged affair. 

However, Cohen has sued Daniels for $20million, alleging she violated the agreement.

The 39-year-old, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, has dodged questions about her relationship with the president for months since the claims came to light.

But the adult film actress finally dished on her liaison with The Donald and what occurred after they met in July 2006 at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.  

Daniels has previously spoken about the affair, including in a recent post on Twitter in which she said: 'Technically I didn't sleep with the POTUS 12 years ago. There was no sleeping (hehe) and he was just a goofy reality TV star.'
