Drake ignores Layla Lace pregnancy rumor



Drake wants nothing to do with an Instagram model accusing him of impregnating her.

Last week model Layla Lace claimed the music star had gotten her pregnant. But the 30-year-old rapper and his team found her claim so outlandish that they didn't even respond.

Reports say Toronto's prodigal son 'never even met' the pinup and that his team didn't bother reaching out to the model because they think she's only looking for attention, according to TMZ.



Lace claims the 6 God went ballistic on her after she accused the star of impregnating her and then ignoring her calls.

But according to Drake and company, they didn't contact her at all and say that Ms. Lace hasn't even met the Too Good hitmaker.



Believing the pin up was simply looking for exposure, the One Dance artist and team chose to ignore her instead of give the model the attention she was after.

Lace has since taken down the angry social media screed where she claimed hooking up with Hotline Bling singer left her pregnant.



In the heated Instagram post from April 18, Layla claimed she was pregnant with Drake's child and that he'd been ghosting her since she gave him the news.

'So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!!!!' wrote the model.

'One lesson i have learned out of this whole situation is to never be so naive when a guy disrespect you!!!'

Her note continues for several more paragraphs, later writing 'F*** YOU Drake.'



The model backed up her claims by sharing screenshots of texts supposedly from the Views rapper in addition to photos of positive pregnancy test results, both posted on the gossip blog MTO.

She later went on the record with Sirius XM's Shade 45, saying she was '100% sure' Drake was the father.

Layla claims Drake became interested in her after seeing her pictures online and later asking their 'mutual friend' DJ Spade to invite Layla to visit him while he was touring the UK.



Spade flatly denied her story and quickly to came to Drake's defense by posting DM screenshots where Lace admits to lying.

The DJ messaged the model on Instagram, asking her 'What you gon [sic] do when they find out is all fake doe [sic]'

'Publicity will make me $ even if he don’t want me idc,' the voluptuous model replied.

'They gon hate you,' wrote back the DJ.

Drake is probably not worrying about the attention seeking model right now, fresh from a successful European tour and in addition to surprise performance with Future at Coachella last week, where he was one of the evening's stand out artists.
