Kim Zolciak is designing a line of swimwear.

And on Thursday the Don't Be Tardy star modeled a white two piece that may or may not be from her new line. 'Coming soon,' the 38-year-old bombshell wrote in her Instagram caption.

This posting comes after her son Kash had surgery for a dog attack in Georgia.



The Bravo star on Monday updated more than 2.4 million Instagram followers about her son's health after he suffered 'very traumatic injuries' over the weekend.

'Kash is going home today earlier then expected,' the 38-year-old reality TV beauty said. 'Thank you for all your comments, tweets, emails and texts.'

'We honestly felt all the positive energy you guys were sending and we couldn't be more grateful. Praying for a full speedy recovery.'

The blonde beauty, who's married to former Atlanta Falcon Kroy Biermann, added a shot of her son Kroy Jr., five, tending to his younger brother's bedside in the hospital.

On Tuesday, she paid tribute to her husband, whom she wed in 2011, for his quick response on hearing the news about Kash.

'I don't know what I would do without you @kroybiermann ❤️,' she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the pro athlete walking alongside his son's stretcher in a hospital corridor wearing disposable slippers.

'Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room. He woke up looking for his daddy. We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked w/ deep conditioner in my hair...Those were the least of our worries,' she added.



Kim's 20-year-old daughter Brielle also took to social media with good news about her young sibling.

She wrote: 'my precious Kash... i'm so glad you're doing so much better! i couldn't imagine a life without you! thank you for all your prayers and wishes.'

Kim included a shot of the tot sleeping, wearing a furry hat and sleeve covering his injured hand.



Earlier in the day, Brielle said on Twitter that the family 'thought [Kash] lost a very important organ' for about four hours in the wake of the canine attack.

The Don't Be Tardy diva on Sunday took to social media to announce the horrifying turn of events that led to a weekend in the hospital for her son.

Describing the scenario as 'a living nightmare,' Kim said that she had 'never prayed so hard, or been so scared in [her] life.'

The ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star said her son 'was in the operating room for a couple hours' under the care of an 'incredible medical team.'

She added that she pushed back a scheduled Watch What Happens Live appearance slated for Sunday amid the family crisis.
