And Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez proved they were stronger than ever on Wednesday, as they enjoyed a spot of shopping in Madrid, Spain.

The footballer's girlfriend, 23, showed off her sensational figure in a seriously skimpy pair of shorts and sky-high heels, as she indulged in a spot of retail therapy in Versace with her 32-year-old man.



While Cristiano was named the most famous athlete in the world by ESPN last week, it was his stunning girlfriend who stole the show during their shopping trip.

The brunette beauty kept things casually cool in a simple black T-shirt and a very short pair of denim hot pants - which teased at her peachy derriere and left her enviably svelte legs on show.

Cinching in at her petite waist with a leather belt, Georgina then added further height to her slender frame with sky-high black gladiator heels, which laced at the front.



Breaking up the dark colour with her accessories, the beauty slung a sleek grey handbag over one shoulder, and added dazzling diamond earrings as a finishing touch.

Leaving her hair in loose, natural curls and sporting minimal make-up, Georgina let her striking natural beauty shine through as she stepped out with her man in the stunning capital.

Known to be a fan of fashion, Cristiano meanwhile looked typically stylish in a crisp white shirt and blue skinny jeans, distressed at the knee.



Tying his look together with white sports trainers and a pair of mirrored sunglasses, the Real Madrid star kept casual and comfortable as he accompanied his girlfriend - with a hand sweetly placed around her shoulder.

The pair have seemed more loved-up than ever recently - heading straight to the Rafael Nadal vs Novak Djokovic Madrid Open game last week, following their sun-soaked holiday in Ibiza.

The raven-haired beauty is said to have caught the Portuguese heartthrob's eye in the VIP section of a recent Dolce & Gabbana party.



It is said that they dated in secret for a few months, before going public with their romance by enjoying a date at Disneyland Paris in November.

The couple then first stepped out together publicly at the beginning of the year, when they attended the FIFA Football Awards in Zurich.

Proving to be a hit with his whole family, the brunette had put on a united front with both the footballer and his six-year-old son Cristiano Jnr. - whose mother's identity has never been publicly revealed.

While the identity of his son's mother has remained a mystery, past reports have claimed that she lived in San Diego and was allegedly paid £10million by the footballer - but her name has never been revealed.



In March sources came forward claiming the footballer is preparing to welcome more kids into his life, and is expecting twins via surrogate.

According to the reports, Ronaldo is said to be expecting twin boys via a surrogate mother in the USA - who is said to be due imminently.

A source told The Sun: 'Cristiano and his family can't wait to meet the new members of their clan.

'He likes to keep a tight lid on his private life but has told loved ones and close friends the baby boys are due to arrive very soon.'
