When rain blighted her Memorial Day celebrations, the reality star still pulled on her bikini - and simply posed in the bathroom of her Atlanta home.
'Bikini for a bit till it rains,' the reality star wrote, alongside the image of her breasts on show in a push up halter-neck floral two-piece.
The 42-year-old wore her hair tied up in a simple top knot for the snap, taken in the mirror.
And it seemed Kim wasn't the only one a little bored in the Biermann household.
Indeed her daughter Brielle, 20, decided to show off a little flesh herself.
Heading into the bathroom, where Kim was sitting on the toilet, the young woman decided to show her mother her breasts.
While many a mother might be cross if their daughter was seen posing topless on social media, Kim shared the images online herself - preserving her child's modesty with a pink heart over Brielle's bare breast.
'Trying to pee and this is what happens in front of me,' wrote the mother-of-six.
The twosome are very close - indeed just last week they got matching inkings of crosses when they visited a tattoo parlor with Kim's husband and Brielle's adoptive father Kroy Biermann, 31.
Kim and Kroy are also parents to Kroy Jr, five, Kash, four, three-year-old twins Kaia and Kane, and Brielle's sister Ariana, 15.
The family is set to star in sixth season of the Bravo reality show Don't Be Tardy For The Party.
There will be plenty of material to occupy viewers, thanks to the exploits of Kim and her brood.
Indeed the family were in the news only recently, when little Kash, four, was badly bitten by a dog and had to undergo emergency surgery.
The boy seems to be healing well, with Kim posting a quick update showing his fading scars on Sunday.
And it seems she and Kroy are determined the incident will not leave their kids with any lasting trauma. Indeed rather than getting rid of their dogs, the animal-loving family appear to have adopted even more.
On Monday Kim shared an image of Kroy and youngest son Kane wrestling with the pets inside a dog run.
