She has moved out of her $12 million Hidden Hills home while she gets it renovated.

So it's no surprise Kylie Jenner, 19, has made this breathtaking clifftop mansion in Beverly Hills her temporary abode.

New photographs show the impressive $125,000-a-month property, which TMZ reports is on the market for a whopping $35 million, in all its glory with incredible views overlooking the A-list hotspot.



The five-bedroom majestic mansion, set in five acres of land, is perfect for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's lavish lifestyle.

Aerial images capture the home in its own perfect paradise as it stands on alone without another property in sight.

The astonishing abode comes complete with a rooftop lounge area, glittering pool and a huge tennis court.



TMZ reports that James Harris from The Agency, who also appears on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, repped Kylie.

Inside the property boasts seven bathrooms, the home oozes luxury and comes with a chef's standard kitchen, big screen theater and library with a bar.

High ceilings and contemporary fixtures with marble touches make for super stylish interiors in neutral tones.



The property isn't short of space spanning 6,025 sq ft with plenty of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in some of the main rooms.

Upstairs a beautiful master suite boasts dual walk-in closets and baths as well as an in-room bar, fireplace and private terrace.

French doors open to rolling lawns and an idyllic entertaining area including outdoor kitchen, plush seating and fireplace.



There's little chance of Kylie getting bored as the estate also features a mini golf course and private vineyard.

The reality star now owns three properties in Hidden Hills, following the wildly successful launch of her lucrative make-up business.

She is currently trying to sell her 'starter home' in Calabasas - which she moved into in 2015 - for $3,300,000.



In May 2016 she bought the first of her Hidden Hills properties, spending $6 million on a 7,000-square-foot house.

In August, she acquired her second mansion located right next door to the first for $4.5 million.

Her main residence is a 13,200 square foot property which has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms which she purchased in October 2016 for $12 million.
