She's been working hard at keeping trim and Vicky Pattison showed off the fruits of her labour on Instagram on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old posed in a very racy Ann Summers bikini following a three day stint at a juicing retreat.

Clearly feeling confident and pleased with the results, she wrote: 'Juicy gains....



'Happy to report that after 3 days at @jasonvale's Juicy Oasis all my hard work is paying off!

'I'd trained hard and are relatively well before coming out here so now the juicing is just giving me that last little push I needed!! I see definition! I see muscles! We have progress! Yay.'

Vicky posed in the same strappy bikini on Tuesday as she lounged around in the sunshine.

Consisting of several straps around her bust and hip, the mesh swimwear accentuated her surgically enhanced chest and hourglass shape.



The Geordie lass has been busy posting photos of her incredible body as she gets ready for summer.

She was once again showing off her incredible frame on Sunday as she stripped down to a barely-there bikini for the latest in her sexy Instagram posts - this time paired with an inspirational quote for her 3.7million followers.

The reality star, who is dating businessman John Noble, looked nothing short of sensational in her black bikini which she posted shortly after making a shocking comment on her sex life on Celebrity Juice.



Vicky soared to fame on the MTV show in its 2011 inauguration yet departed the programme in 2014's ninth series, after which she reigned victorious on the 2015 series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

After dropping a whopping four dress sizes, the stunning star released an exercise DVD while also bringing out her range of nutrition supplements - coining herself as something of a health guru in the process.

She uses her social media as a means of flaunting her frame, with her latest scantily-clad selfie showing off every inch of her stunning frame.

Her wrap bikini made the most of her surgically-enhanced cleavage, the result of a boob job in 2014, while her low-slung bottoms showed off her taut abs.



Vicky attached a caption on the shot reading: 'We've got a new week starting tomorrow and rather than panicking about going back to work or your healthy eating...

'Why don't you take a breath, chill out and think positively about all the amazing opportunities that the week infront of you holds!

'You could achieve anything you wanted this week- tonight is the night you plan and prep and it doesn't even have to be a time consuming or difficult task!
