Kerry Katona and Katie Price treat their children to feast



They buried the hatchet three years ago after almost a decade of feuding.

Now both going through respective divorces, Katie Price, 39, and Kerry Katona, 36, proved their friendship is stronger than ever as they brought their children together to enjoy a McDonald's on Wednesday.

Singer Kerry shared the heartwarming snap of her kids Lilly-Sue, 14, and Heidi, 10, alongside Katie's eldest children Junior, 12, and Princess, 10, being treated to the fast food feast on Instagram.



Looking beyond happy with their treat, the group of eight children beamed towards the camera as Kerry captured the moment of them around the dinner table.

The family affair comes as they both appear to be a shoulder to lean on for one-another as they both prepare to divorce their third husbands.

Katie had revealed she is divorcing third husband Kieran Hayler, after he admitted having a year-long affair with their children's nanny on Sunday.



The former glamour model, who forgave Kieran after he admitted affairs with her close friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas in 2014, told The Sun she had caught the ex stripper sending intimate emails to their nanny Nikki Brown.

She said: 'I was gutted. For a year I was basically paying her to f*** my husband. They had sex everywhere except in our bedroom, they even did it in the kids’ bathroom.'

Katie, who has been married to Kieran for more than four years said she had cried and screamed 'like a lunatic' as her husband confessed.

She said: 'When I confronted him he denied it at first, even when I said she’d admitted it. I was crying, asking, ‘How could you do this to me again?’ 



But Katie revealed that seconds after he admitted his third affair, Kieran had accused her of cheating by sending texts to other men behind his back.

She said she had but it was merely as a 'self-defence mechanism' as she suspected her was sleeping around.

Kerry and Katie first became friends when they both appeared on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here in 2004, during which they became bosom buddies.

Kerry went on to be a bridesmaid at Katie's wedding to Peter Andre, who she met in the jungle, wedding the following year. However, they had a public falling out in 2007 when Katie labelled Kerry 'a druggie' and called her second husband Mark Croft a 'bully'.



After splitting from Croft in early 2010, Kerry then signed with Peter's PR agency Can Associates and did joint photoshoots with the Australian singer, further rubbing Katie up the wrong way.

In interviews the same year, Kerry described Katie as a 'good-looking version of Pete Burns,' before adding that she was 'Team Pete (Andre) all the way'.

In 2013, Kerry angrily denied comparisons she was 'the next Katie Price' after becoming engaged to now-husband George Kay - who is her third husband, while Katie was married to her third husband Kieran Hayler for just over a year.



In an interview at the time, Kerry fumed: 'I'm sick of people saying I'm another Katie Price. The first time I got married (to Brian McFadden) I was 21 and a kid myself. The second time I got hitched (to Mark) I was on drugs and it was a rebound thing.

'Now I've been clean for three years and I've never been so certain in life. I'm going into this full steam - I know it's going to work.'

Despite the bitterness, the duo put their differences behind in 2014 with a sweet Twitter picture and they are clearly as thick as thieves now - as illustrated at Friday's football match as they joined forces to cheer on their third husbands. 

Kerry's show of support comes two months she announced she was splitting from George, following three years of marriage, with her spokesperson telling MailOnline: 'Going forward her focus is going to be on her children.'



The couple, who share daughter Dylan-Jorge, 3, had been due to enter Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother - but 'domestic issues' saw them pulling out.

Kerry previously split with George in October 2015 after thirteen months together and a month later appeared in court accusing him of beating her up at their home, after allegedly arming himself with a Taser-style device and a knife.

However he was later acquitted after prosecutors revealed that they didn't have enough evidence to secure a conviction.



Kerry has previously accused former boxer George of persuading her to ditch her friendships to spend time with him instead and regularly using foul language towards her, as well as 'spitting in her face' on several occasions.

Yet, after their second split this year, the mother-of-five hinted at abuse once again, by claiming she would 'never forgive herself' for letting her children witness his 'controlling' behaviour.
