She chose a  gold gown with fussy shoulders and a small train for her night at the Oscars.

But California actress Blanca Blanco, 27, clearly didn't factor in what might happen as she posed on the red carpet in the dress slit to the hip at the front.

She revealed much more than she probably bargained for as she stepped out in the very revealing number.



Blanco certainly managed to steal some attention away from the crowd of A-listers on Hollywood's biggest night with her risque fashion choice.

The gown also emphasized her tiny waist with a shiny belt and while the voluminous short sleeves and shoulder ruffles sought to detract the eye, it's unlikely they succeeded.

The actress added inches to her height with high-heeled black sandals with tiny bows on the ankle strap.
