She has rarely made a misstep on the red carpet.

And Scarlett Johansson made sure to secure a winning look on Sunday as she hit the 89th Academy Awards red carpet.

The 32-year-old wore a semi sheer purple gown that showed off the svelte star's incredible figure.



The Avengers actress flashed some side views of her ample bust, while opting to go bra free for the big night.

Scarlett went solo to the Oscars just over a month after a report the star's marriage to Romain Dauriac ended last year.

She was alleged to have split from husband Dauriac after she was pictured without her wedding ring in January, but just the next day the pair fought back against the speculation with a joint appearance in New York City.



The pair - who raise two-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy together - cozied up, dispelling the rumours they had parted ways after two years of marriage.

Insiders told People magazine that 'they've been separated since the summer.'

Shortly after came reports that it was Scarlett who ended the relationship according to a Wednesday report from Us Weekly.



'Scarlett initiated splitting up and made the decision,' according to a source for the publication. They went on to explain that 'she felt like they didn't have much in common as far as lifestyle.'

The actress began dating Romain in 2012 and they got engaged in 2013.

They married in secret at The Ranch At Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana in October 2014 shortly after the birth of their daughter.

Scarlett was previously married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008 until 2011; he now has two children with his wife, actress Blake Lively
