Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh were over the moon on Sunday night.

The couple, who recently welcomed triplets, were surprised on the Oscars red carpet by Ryan Seacrest.





The E! host gave the musician a sweet box of gifts with a sweet nod to his producing nomination for Hidden Figures.



The ten-time Grammy winner looked more surprised than anyone when he was handed a box of knit rockets by the TV personality.

'Keeping with the theme of Hidden Figures, I know you've got some new additions to your fam. So we had these made specifically for you. They're little rockets for the babies.'

The set of three rockets were the perfect present for the Hidden Figures producer, who just had triplets with his wife early January.

He thanked Ryan, saying 'This is the coolest thing I've ever been given on a red carpet before.'



The producer-rapper stood out from the sea of black tuxedos in a custom tailored wool suit from Chanel.

He adorned the handsome tailcoat and trousers look with a Chanel necklace, bow tie and glittering boutineer.

It was hard to believe that Pharrell's other half gave birth to triplets less than two months ago, as she looked stunning in a sheer floral gown.



The fashionista piled her grey tresses onto her head in an elegant braided updo while adding extra shine to her ensemble with a pair of gold-bronze heels.

Pharrell is nominated for Best Picture as a producer on the film Hidden Figures, which is nominated for three awards this evening.

The former Neptune was previously nominated for Best Original Song in 2014 for the tune Happy from Despicable Me 2.
