Taraji P. Henson was the epitome of Hollywood glamour in a dramatic navy Alberta Ferretti gown on the red carpet before Sunday's Academy Awards.

The 46-year-old mother-of-one - showcasing her cleavage and toned thigh - paired her off-the-shoulder custom creation with a Jimmy Choo clutch and stilettos.





The Empire diva accessorized her Oscar-worthy ensemble with Nirav Modi's diamond necklace and evergreen emerald ring.



Assisting Taraji with her Elizabeth Taylor-style look was her glam squad - make-up artist Ashunta Sheriff, hairdresser Tymothe Wallace, and stylist Jason Bolden.

Henson later presented onstage the Dolby Theater, while her film Hidden Figures competed for three trophies, including best picture and best adapted screenplay.



The Around The Way Girl author famously scored her own nomination back in 2008 for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

In the biopic, the Washington, D.C.-born beauty played real-life NASA mathematics genius Katherine Johnson, but it was her castmate who got the glory.
